What We Do

We live in a frantic, busy, fast changing culture. The time pressures and the weightiness of issues that leaders and their families are dealing with can take a toll on our creativity, our dreams and our own relationships. The key strategies of Harbor Ministries deal with changing the pace of our lives and creating needed space. Space and a different pace that gives us room get quiet, listen, and remember.

We also have a deep seeded passion, that lasting change comes through deep relationships and connections with God and with others that are allowed to peer deep into our lives. Every event, conversation, or work that we engage in begins with that understanding.

Currently there are three main types of leaders that we work with: young emerging leaders, leaders that find themselves in transition in life and those leaders that find themselves at difficult and dangerous crossroads.
