Leaders at Crossroads

Often times the toll of leadership is devastating. And whether it be from the decisions we make or the course of life, we find ourselves wondering just how it is that we have gotten to the place we currently are. We can all share stories of the names and faces taht we have seen fall to burn out and moral failure. In today’s world this reality is one that is only growing.

We deeply believe in the redemption and hope of the gospel in our lvies and in this world. Our hope is to come alognside leaders at points of crossroads to communicate God’s grace and help restore them to a life of depth and impact.

We hope to come alongside leaders by:

• creating a network of people committed to journeying with leaders at a crossroad and in crisis, reminding them of God’s grace, forgiveness and restorative work in their lives.
• develop funding to help leaders and families in times of need
• individual and couples intensive retreats can be arranged, that include time with current and former pastors who have walked a similar journey.
• develop funding for a “harbor site”, a personal retreat center designed to create the space and pace leaders need at critical times in their journeys

Dale Phillips, a pastor of 30+years, and others come alongside leaders in crisis and at a crossroads, and help create pathways of resource and restoration.
