RHYTHMinTWENTY

We passionately believe in the voice of the next generation. Not only do they contain an enormous amount of talent and passion, but they are aching to lead in new and creative ways. We believe they are doing amazing things for the Kingdom, but we sense they need a renewed space and pace to their lives to help them sustain leadership over the long haul.

So, for 20 to 30 something leaders, we have created RHYTHMinTWENTY. It’s a invitation to twenty leaders a year to enter into a three-event, three-year journey, designed to accomplish the mission of living with rhythm, leaving a legacy and finishing well.

This three- year journey connects generations of leaders together and is an invitation to encounter raw, real, and deep connections with God, themselves and others. It’s a pursuit to understand one’s own story, how it shapes them and how it empowers them to be the person God created them to be. It is a challenge to live within the current and rhythm that God aches for them to be in. It is an experience that is changing lives, impacting families, and altering the conversation on leadership development.
